About Dr. Dallas Blacklock
Rev. Dr. Dallas Blacklock, Sr. recognized his calling to preach the Gospel at the young age of 15. Since then, he has become a dynamic, spirit-filled minister known for delivering biblical teachings that are both powerful and practical for everyday life. He currently serves as the Lead Pastor of First Mt. Carmel M.B.C., “The Church with Outstretched Arms,” located in the Historic 5th Ward of Houston, TX.
A native of Houston, TX, Pastor Dallas earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion with minors in Sociology and Business Administration from McPherson College in Kansas. He obtained a Master’s in Educational Administration from Sam Houston State University and later received his Doctorate in Ministry from Liberty University.
